We dealt with Rachel for the viewings, she was always on time and answered all our questions and suggested other properties which might suit us. Catherine in the office was great at chasing up the solicitors/vendor and answering any questions we had for the vendor. Very quick responses. Catherine Salisbury has been particularly helpful and kind , making sure if there was any doubt my mother had not heard correctly she kept me informed and really going out of her way to push for the preferred completion date which she achieved . In the age of online property sales sometimes it is nice to have a more personal touch , especially if you are older or unsure with technology.
