Our rented property went onto the market recently, speaking with Georgia about a personal matter to which I wont go into it was however handled swiftly, professionally and with care. I spent 7 years in the industry and I always thought White and Guard were a high quality and respected agency (even though a competitor at the time) and if they continue to have members of staff as good a Georgia then hats off! And to Georgia personally if you do see this thank you for your assistance and your swift action. The way my concern was handled is a credit to your nature as a person I am sure.

Before putting our home on the market we spoke to three estate agents - explaining to each our problem: that we needed to sell our second property before putting ours on the market. Three out of the four agents told us to wait then get in touch once our second home was sold. Suzanne at White and Guard suggested we get a let-to-buy mortgage while we waited. So that's what we did. Last Friday we picked up the keys to our new home and couldn't be happier. We were even given a rather snazzy bottle of champers when we collected our keys.
