Nick from John Mellor was by far the least "salesy" of the 3 estate agents who valued our house, but came across as completely authentic in his passion for the local area and for selling houses. He and Wendy were unfailingly proactive, supportive and good-humoured during what turned out to be a very protracted and stressful sales process (through no fault of theirs!). They completely turned around my perception of estate agents, and even recommended an equally great conveyancer (Clifford Johnston & Co.). Very glad we chose them and would wholeheartedly recommend anyone else to do the same.
