We were dreading the administration of our house move, but John Mellor were excellent and made it a totally painless experience, despite our original buyer pulling out. They had us immediately back on the market, viewings arranged, and the house sold 'again' within three days which saved the entire chain. We has also been told that we would need to keep calling the estate agent to keep things moving - We did not experience this at all and found John Mellors to be efficient, professional, dealing with everything promptly.
