Very informative, friendly and was only ever a phone call or email away. She was always very quick to respond or advise if she wouldn’t be available. We also had some correspondence with John who was also extremely friendly and professional. Couldn’t fault them from start to finish. Our house hunting journey was extremely stressful and overall has taken the best part of 3 years, but having finally found our perfect home with John Mellor has made these final weeks so enjoyable!
