We were first time buyers and the seller used Manning Stainton. Jenny was really helpful throughout the process and always kept us updated. We had few updates or a general explanation of the process from our solicitors, so Jenny was happy to fill in the gaps and explain what we should be expecting. Jenny was also great at helping us chase our solicitors towards the end of the process to help push things over the line. Got a nice new home gift box when we moved in which was also lovely.
