I Would like to give a well deserved shout out to Charlotte Poutney from Manning Stainton in Headingley, who managed the sale of my late fathers retirement flat. Both Charlotte and her team displayed a professional and courteous approach throughout the lengthy process and, Charlotte in particular became my main source of updates and information relating to the sale (over and above what was required). My solicitor sadly was uncommunicative and could learn a lot about customer management and satisfaction from Charlotte!
