Wouldn't hesitate to recommend selling your house with them. We've used Manning Stainton a couple of times now when selling our homes in North Leeds. They would always be our first choice for a reputable, local firm. We dealt with a few different members of the team who each handle different stages. Everyone we spoke to was courteous and efficient. The initial stages of the valuation and securing a buyer were handled by Maisie and Tiyana. The viewings and negotiations were handled very effectively and we had regular updates throughout the process. Once we had a buyer in place, Charlotte Poutney took over to hold our hand through to completion. As we were buying a new build property, the process was quite a long one with some delays. Charlotte was really patient and kept in touch throughout. We always felt like Charlotte was on the case even if things had gone a bit quiet for a few weeks. We never felt the need to do any chasing from our end. In fact there were a few times where Charlotte would chase me to see if I'd had any updates from anyone. On the day of completion, everything was in place by mid morning and we could just get on with the physical move knowing the finances and keys were all sorted.
