JNP Estate Agents - Hazlemere

We recently sold a 7 bed student HMO through Manning Stainton. It wasn't the easiest of sales for a variety of reasons but Lucy's excellent communication, advice and extensive knowledge of the Leeds HMO market (including Article 4 direction) was hugely valuable. We'll definitely be using MS again in the future.

I’m new to investing and Lucy was really helpful and very knowledgeable about student lets (especially the legislations which are in place).

I have worked with Mannings on and off for over 11 years now, both regarding rentals and the sale of my property. Their teams are responsive, diligent and fast. I worked closely with Lucy Beddard in the sale of my house who was amazing and I completely trusted, which was important since I live and work abroad and needed help in managing the process. They're an established business for a reason.

I found Lucy to be very professional and efficient at all times. Lucy kept me up to date with information, the communication from Lucy to myself was managed extremely well, This was at times a challenge for her, due to me been overseas. I would be happy to recommend Manning Stainton, Lucy and her team. Thank you Lucy and Manning Stainton.

Lucy at Manning Stainton was very helpful throughout the process of buying our new property. As a first time buyer, the process seemed a bit daunting but she explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was happening at each step - she also helped with information that should have been provided by solicitors and brokers so she really did go above and beyond. Would highly recommend Lucy and Manning Stainton and will definitely use them for any buying / selling that I do in the future. Thank you for your help :)
