Lucy at Manning Stainton was very helpful throughout the process of buying our new property. As a first time buyer, the process seemed a bit daunting but she explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was happening at each step - she also helped with information that should have been provided by solicitors and brokers so she really did go above and beyond. Would highly recommend Lucy and Manning Stainton and will definitely use them for any buying / selling that I do in the future. Thank you for your help :)
