JNP Estate Agents - Hazlemere

I spoke with Lucy at the Headingley branch who was so helpful and friendly. Due to the location of my property she explained I needed to speak with a different branch. Lucy took ownership to set this up for me, she took down all of my details and arranged a valuation without me needing to contact anyone else. Lucy made the whole process really easy for me which was appreciated. She also gave me great insight and understanding into the current market - couldn't recommend her enough!

Friendly and professional service.

Lucy was fantastic from beginning to end of the process. The purchase ended up being a longer and more complicated process than I anticipated but Lucy tirelessly chased up anything she could and was always available to answer queries and bridge the communication between myself and the solicitor - her help has been greatly appreciated.

Amy and Jenny were both professional throughout my property purchase. Provided me with full updates on a regular basis, making the process a lot easier to understand.

First time buyers - Lucy was a fantastic advocate for us when finalising exchange/completion dates and really pushed for movement from the seller's solicitor/our solicitor just when it was needed. Thank you!

Had a fab experience with Manning Stainton selling our house, thanks to everyone involved - would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell!

Well organised and swift responding. A good agent to buy from.

From start to finish, Manning Stainton Headingley were fantastic to work with. They were absolutely brilliant throughout our house purchase. The whole team were responsive, really kept us in the loop on everything and they really helped speed things along! Vicky, Lizzy, Reena and Sonny especially all showed fantastic customer service and made the whole process really smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with JNP. We were with another well known estate agent whose service was very poor. We transferred over to JNP and it was the best desicion we made. Our contact was Josh and he was an absolute star throughout the whole process as was Kyle, Emily and Julian. They were polite, helpful and very responsive. Always updated us on feedback and dealt amazingly with our sale. Would definately use them again.

Really great experience with JNP in finding our first home. Friendly, professional and always quick to respond, we would definitely recommend their services.
