Exceptional service - Jenny went above and beyond! I was really impressed with the service from Manning Stainton from start to finish. Jenny Archer was brilliant in liaising with the solicitors and making sure everything was on track. We would never have managed the process as smoothly without Jenny to help and make sure everyone was happy. A straightforward viewing process with clear COVID policies made us feel safe. After the offer was accepted, Jenny kept in touch regularly and her involvement kept things moving in the process, always with a cheery smile. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help with my house purchase!

The initial valuation was fair, professional and knowledgeable about the local area/likely buyers etc. It wasn’t a smooth sale (partly due to Covid) but Lucy (Beddard) worked really hard to keep things moving and went above and beyond in a professional but personable manner. Unlike other agencies, the staff at Manning Stainton really took the time to explain the local property market to me when I first started looking for a house to buy and after we'd found a property Lucy could not have worked harder on our behalf. Without her experience, drive and enthusiasm I'm sure the sale would have taken a lot longer and perhaps not gone through at all. Lucy also kept me up to date and even listened patiently to my moaning when other people in the chain were holding things up. I couldn't recommend Lucy and the team more highly!
