I recently sold a property with Manning Stainton Headingley. The initial valuation was fair, professional and knowledgeable about the local area/likely buyers etc. It wasn’t a smooth sale (partly due to Covid) but Lucy (Beddard) worked really hard to keep things moving and went above and beyond in a professional but personable manner. This significantly reduced the stress involved and I felt confident of the advice and help Lucy so kindly provided. As promised, the sale was completed successfully and I am very happy with Manning Stainton, Will be using them for any future business and thoroughly recommend for anyone selling to get Lucy on your team!!
