No Hard Sell
Not a bad word to say about Tom, he was very helpful and up front all the way with helping us buy our first home. The house needed a bit of work and there was no hint of manipulation, it is what it is and there was no point in pretending it was a luxury mansion and he didn't. But he was helpful with suggesting ways to approach both the property itself and also the purchase and seemed genuinely happy for us when we were successful. No pressure, plenty of positivity and I think that works for a buyer and I would guess it probably does as a seller too. Cheers.

A realy great service & experience that stands outs from others
From putting on the market to exchange of contracts in 8 weeks, at a better price than some agents valued at, speaks for itself but what really stands out is Matthew and the Move Revolution team. Given the emotive nature of house selling/buyer and the common challenges throughout the process the relationship between agent and owner has to be a partnership.... Mathew, Ross and the team all foster this in a very natural unforced way and we appreciated the guidance and advice and the way in which it was given. It is evident that as estate agency moves ahead in a digital world that service and relationship is what differentiates one agent form another. Move Revolution stand head and shoulders above others in our view, given our recent experiences of both buying and selling. Exceptional photos, managed viewings and a truly great recommendation for a solicitor made the whole experience as stress free as it can be! A first rate professional, dedicated, hardworking team
We found Move Revolution or rather they found us. Our house had been on for a few months with another Estate agent. Move Revolution asked us if they could take up the challenge. Their kind mannor and professional approach convinced us they would. And they did within days. They even found us our new house. Nothing was to much trouble even being available evenings and weekends. I would highly recommend using Move Revolution Estate Agents. They are truely there for you from start to finish.. An excellent and pain free experience
My partner and I were first time buyers and, having dealt with a few estate agents (not the best experience), we decided to try Move Revolution. Mathew was the principal contact for our house searches and it was a pleasure to deal with him. A very personable individual, he actually listened to what our requirements and compromises were and presented us with properties that ticked all of the boxes. Having open and frank conversations on our current position and what we could afford was beneficial (leading us to the home we just exchanged on). His realistic approach also meant that we were not faced with properties that required a vast imagination to see what the house could look like. Rather than being faced with the 'hard sell' and OTT (we heard 'wow' and 'its amazing' from a number of other estate agents, when the reaction was in fact 'really!?') reactions to a property, Mathew allowed us time to consider what we were looking at and think about what it could be like. As a first time experience (having heard the horror stories from friends) it was refreshing to deal with a professional estate agent who was interested in the buyer. Other properties shown by other estate agents also raised some questions...properties with dirty washing visible in photos and strong smell of damp (although excuses were made for this) began to jade our view on the quality of property available to us. Move Revolution's photos are professional and showed a true representation of the property and all of the properties viewed were immaculate; its clear that the professional approach of the estate agent has an impact on the seller as well. Being a smaller company also means that there is a more personal feel, meaning that a seller will be strongly advised to clean a property and tidy up to make it as attractive as possible. It only took us two property viewings to find the house that was perfect for us (of course, it may take others more viewings and Im not suggesting it would be as quick), but when compared to seeing 15-20 properties with other estate agents and nothing coming close, it is very quick. Nothing was too much trouble for Mathew (we also had brilliant interactions with Sarah and Tom during the searches and after the offer was put in) and he (and the team) ensured that we were updated regularly and were given clear information when requested. It was also a pleasant surprise that Move Revolution managed expectations, rather than telling us what they thought we might want to hear. As an experience, I cannot fault Move Revolution (in particular Mathew) and would recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent. Their service has been second to none and have ensured that the perfect house was found and the whole experience was painless.

Excellent chap, highly recommended!
Compared to some of the agents I have had the displeasure of dealing with Tom George was a breath of fresh air with his friendly, welcoming, courteous and very professional approach. Customers don't ask for a lot and Tom totally delivered on all aspects I would hope for from someone is his position. We need more professionals such as Tom in the world and less pretenders! Keep up the good work chap!

Excellent service
As first time buyers we'd heard some awful stories about estate agents. But all I can say is that our experience of Tom George and Move Revolution in general has been nothing but incredibly positive. Tom is efficient and an absolute joy to work with. He helped us complete in 7 weeks and was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. I'd say you'd be incredibly lucky if Tom was to be your agent. In our experience Move Revolution are a dynamic and modern agency and we're so happy they helped us get our first home.

Excellent from start to finish
Mathew Gurr @ Move Revolution was superb from start to finish. The sale of my flat hit a few complications on the way but Mathew was there at every step to support us to complete the sale. We got replies to emails out of hours, we got calls to keep us updated at every stage. Estate agents can be a nightmare to deal with but Mathews approach was very refreshing and honest. Highly recommended to anyone looking out there for an agent to work with.

THE best Estate Agents I've ever met - and I used to be one!
To Mathew & Mark, I truly cannot begin to thank you for all your hard work in selling our house, and the service you both provided was exceptional. We were on the market with another agent for 3-4 months, and met Mark on a viewing. We explained we hadn't sold, and. Mark wasn't pushy at all, and blew us away with his knowledge of the area and professionalism. What sold Move Rev to us, was they were open Mon - Sun 8am - 8pm... And they really did stick to this. They were available pretty much all the time! It's also worth knowing we didn't reduce the houses price at all, just the agent! We then found a house through them, after accepting an offer on our place and even though there was a chain of 7 people/houses, the sale went through in two and a half months! Mark and Mathew kept us updated the whole way through from start to finish, and Mathew met us on Completion day to hand over the keys. Something I hadn't come across in the Estate Agency world before (having had two years experience for a large chain Estate Agent) in Brighton & Haywards Heath. I'm sure I've forgotten a few things, but the service is outstanding and I've already had one of my friends invite Move Revolution out for a valuation! Thank you!!

Excellent Customer Service
During our recent sale and purchase of a new home we dealt with several different estate agents and by far the best of the bunch was Move Revolution. They were always available to answer questions, working long hours to ensure that the process was a smooth as possible. They listened to what you had to say and actioned it almost immediately. A breath of fresh air
After having been on the market for a couple of months with another estate agent, Move Revolution were recommended to us by another very happy seller in Balcombe, We are so grateful for the recommendation. Within a couple of days we had already had significantly more interest and many more viewings. Move Revolution have been a breath of fresh air, from the superb photography to the open and honest communication. We found the non traditional 'opening hours' particularly beneficial. Mathew and Mark were always responsive, regardless of the time of the day, We actually accepted the offer on our house on a Sunday! Although it wasn't the smoothest of sales, Mathew and the team went above and beyond to ensure that it happened. They were constantly updating us of what was happening down the chain and what they were doing to make things move more swiftly- this was especially important to us as it was a time critical sale, due to us relocating overseas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mathew and the Move Revolution team. We will be contacting them again soon to help us purchase and rent an investment property.
