Great experience with Move Revolution and Mathew

We were very happy with Move Revolution who helped us buy our first home. Mathew was always happy to answer our questions and was available around the clock to keep us updated. We would be more than happy to use Move Revolution again.

Myself and my partner had the pleasure of being shown around 4 properties by Tom George from the Haywards Heath branch. He was extremely professional and accommodating. We were shown around 4 properties on a Wednesday evening and revisited a second property a week later. Despite finally choosing a property which sadly was not with Move Revolution, Tom still offered his support and services which just highlights the standard of service we received. It's fair to say that some other estate agents we viewed properties with lacked someway in comparison to Tom and Move Revolution . We are regretful for not having bought through Move Revolution as no doubt the sales process would have been plain sailing.

Outstanding service with excellent customer service

We have just both sold and purchased houses with Move Revolution and have been hugely impressed by the service at every stage of the process. The photos of our house were suburb, we always got feedback within a day of viewings (and often immediately after) and Mathew Gurr was always very quick at getting back to our emails, texts and calls - he even negotiated our sale in a Sunday evening! We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received as vendors, and were really glad when we found our perfect house also being marketed by the office.

We have just sold and bought houses through Move Revolution and could not have been more impressed. We chose the agency after viewing a property with Mathew Gurr and being really surprised by his knowledge of the property, the local area and his enthusiasm to get constructive feedback for the vendor. Mathew and the Haywards Heath team really took a lot of the stress out of the process. Initially, we received excellent guidance for marketing our property and ensuring we got feedback very soon after viewings, and later through excellent and honest communication, even when inevitable issues and delays arose. We really appreciated Mathew's speed of response to even small and non-urgent queries, and his willingness to chase things up, even when we knew he was busy. Move Revolution offered a totally refreshing experience of estate agents and we cannot recommend highly enough.

First Impressions Very Positive, Would Certainly Recommend

Ross had been recommended to us and although we had some concerns on the office location we were very pleasantly surprised by the time Ross took to go through the selling process with us. As first time sellers we wanted to take advice from several agents, Ross was the only one who took the time to understand our situation and advise us on potential possibilities. As we had brought this property as a new build we didn't quite know the ins and outs of how we could sell due to the help to buy scheme. Ross was very knowledgeable and didn't push us to sell there and then. We feel confident that when we do come to sell we will certainly be using Move Revolution.

Mathew Gurr has done an excellent professional job selling my flat and helping me buy my new house. He is always available by email, text or phone. Even at times you would think are out of hours!!
