Excellent service, both buying and selling

We bought and sold at the same time through Move Revolution, and received a fantastic service throughout. We dealt with Mark and Mathew, who were always available, friendly and helpful, and did all they could to ensure the process went quickly and smoothly. Mark even came to witness some legal documents for our solicitors, which really was above and beyond. We love our new home and are glad that these guys were part of the journey. I would use Move Revolution again without question and highly recommend!

Highly recommmended agent

I hadn't heard of Move Revolution at first, and it was only when I viewed a property through them that I was introduced to Mathew. Following on from the viewing, I invited them round to provide a valuation of our property. The valuation we received I felt was not only reflective of the market, but also of others we had received. I had made it clear I didn't want a pushy agent who cared only about their commission working on this, and that I wanted someone who had our best interests in mind. With a busy family and work life, I needed someone who would make my life as easy as possible. And Move Revolution did. Mathew responded well to any communication - even late and night and on Sundays and I was never left wondering how the process was progressing. The photo's they took of our house were beautiful, and though they don't have a high street 'shop front' so to speak, I did not find that this hindered us in any way. The whole sales purchase has been well communicated and I appreciate all the assistance given,. I would use again, and would certainly recommend.

Excellent customer service!

Matthew knocked on our door and won us over straight away. He had noticed our property had been on sale for a long time and that our current estate agents had not used very good photos. His approach to selling our house was much more friendly, direct and action focused. The whole team made us feel important and that our house sale was as important to them as to us. If we move again, we will definitely be using Move Revolution!

Fantastic from start to finish

The team at Move Revolution were fantastic as agents and helped us through the whole process of selling our home. We originally considered using online agents and were so pleased we choose to use Move Revolution instead. They not only helped us sell our home, but also assisted us with our onwards purchase and made the whole process as easy as it could be. The professional pictures of our property and floor plan were great and showed our home off to its best. The team were available 8-8 daily, which we found to be incredibly convenient, as did our buyers, as we were able to speak to them on Sundays and after work which was something other agents did not offer. Both Mark and Matthew were very friendly, helpful and professional. They kept us up to date of any developments and we always felt that we were informed of what was going on. I would recommend their services if you are looking for a reliable estate agent.

Exceptional Buying Service

Viewing to Exchange was first class. We were able to second view on the Sunday which most estate agents don't do - it made a huge difference as we are re-locating. Throughout the process thereafter Mat was in touch and went the extra mile to help us through to exchange - which is not easy! I can't recommend move revolution enough - their service and commitment to working with you every step of the way to exchange was something I can say I have never experienced before. Thanks so much we couldn't have got there without their commitment and professionalism at the highest level.

Great service, amazing photos

Matthew and Mark did a superb job selling our property in Lindfield. We had 13 viewings in the first week, and an asking price within a fortnight! The professional photos they took of our home were simply fantastic - much better than anything else we'd seen from other agents. We just wanted our lovely home to be viewed in the best way possible. We were really pleased with our online listing. We also had a number of viewings (which they always undertook) which made full use of their 7 days a week service.

Incredible.... I would not hesitate to recommend

We are simultaneously selling and buying with this agent and I cannot fault them with anything. We have been dealing with Matthew and Mark and the communication has been first class. On the selling side the marketing was perfect with beautiful professional photos and timely updates with regards to viewings and interest in our property. On the buying side they really made it happen. It was our absolutely dream property but we never thought we would get it as we were not yet on the market. Mark and Matthew moved swiftly and thanks to their honest and timely communication secured us the property. No house move is without issues but again thanks to Mark and Matthew what seemed like mountains were nothing more than minor bumps in the road. I was sceptical about the lack of high street presence so our sale was on a dual agency basis. Not only did Mark and Matthew sell our property in a shorter timescale but they achieved more that one offer. High street branches have opening/closing times - Move Revolution always seem to be open! I really cannot thank Mark and Matthew enough.
