excellent first impressions
After viewing properties with Ross at the weekend and unfortunately them not being right for us, I just wanted to say that both myself and my partner were very impressed by Ross's salesmanship and knowledge. He surpassed all of our previous property agent experiences! :)

A excellent service very professional , not at all pushy , 5 star ??
We viewed a houes on the market , and yes the best agent I had seen , Mathew was there early to have lights on etc ,he new the property , very impressed, we had our property on the market, and we were in a contract , Mathew talked to us after the viewing and advised us to change things that the other agent hadn't and didn't do , , move revolution have 5star photos and excellent advice highly recommend , I would advice anyone to go with them , a few word to some them up , professional, helpful , and know what they are doing , open long hour and will help you any when , many thanks

Highly recommended, an estate agent with a difference.
After getting an offer on our property with another agent the year before but then being unable to find a property and not being very happy with the service provided by that agent, we were reluctant to use an estate agent again and thought that we would possibly sell ourselves using an online agent. I'm so glad we didn't. Move Revolution market themselves as different from other agents. And they actually are. At all times they were professional, honest and easy to contact. Mathew even spoke to us one evening at 8.30 as that was the most convenient time for myself and my husband to discuss the sale of our property. You would never get that with a high street agent. Regarding the sale of our property Mathew and Ross were incredibly helpful, honest and open with us. When valuing our property they had obviously researched the local market, and they took great care in the way that they presented our property for sale. Everyone in the office came to see our property before it went live so that when people rang to enquire about it, everyone could talk about it honestly as they'd seen it. This to me was very important, as there's nothing more frustrating than enquiring about a property and no-one knowing anything about it. They ensured that people viewing our property were serious buyers and they also tried to group viewings together so that it was less disruptive to us as a family with two very young children. We achieved full asking price for our property with their expert negotiating skills! Every viewing that we had, we were given feedback for, which we found incredibly helpful. We had a very specific criteria for the house that we wished to purchase. It had to be in a catchment area for one of two schools and within budget. As soon as they had a property which suited our criteria they called us immediately, and made sure we saw it as soon as possible. They listened to our feedback and even discussed other property's that we had viewed with other agents to help and advise us. We even discussed Move revolution doing a leaflet drop, targeting our chosen area for houses within our budget. Once again, something I feel is special about the service you get from Move Revolution, is they don't just secure a sale and then not bother anymore. They actively help you look for your next property and listen to your requirements. I lost count at the number of times I had to tell other agents I wasn't going to view a property because it was in the wrong area - a waste of their time and mine. Ross then found our house! He called as soon as he knew it was going to be going on the market and arranged a viewing for us. It was perfect and ticked every box. We put in an offer immediately. Ross and Mathew were brilliant at communicating what was happening the whole way through the chain and we knew what was happening at every stage. There were some last minute hiccups which were very stressful, however I cannot fault move revolution in the way that they handled it. They kept us informed and worked as hard and as quickly as possible to make sure that the chain didn't fall apart and that everyone was happy and ready to complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mathew and Ross at Move Revolution. I wouldn't use any other agent.

Move Revolution certainly live up to their name!
Mathew and his team are not your typical estate agency (having experienced numerous agents over the past 10 years). What sets them apart from the others is that they are sincere, genuine and personally go on the journey with you to sell your home, going above and beyond to get the best possible outcome. Yes of course they are a commercial business and it's in their interests to get you through to completion, but they do this with such transparency, empathy and honesty. My house was presented in the best possible way by their photography team and through the skills of Mathew, Ross and Tom, encouraging potential buyers through the door ultimately reaching a sale price we were very happy with. They continued to shine along a bumpy path, in a tricky chain through to completion and whilst they have a sales progression team, Mathew and Ross did not palm us off and lose interest in favour of their next sale, we still felt like a valued customer. I would select 10 stars for them if it was an option, as there is simply no reason to use another agency to sell your home.

Thank you Move Revolution!
I was impressed with the way in which they presented properties and the results that had achieved in a neighbouring village. They thought really carefully about the right marketing platforms and how to get the very best out of the property; the result was a quick sale with no detriment to value which was exactly what I wanted. Everyone I dealt with at Move Revolution was excellent - very professional and very refreshing in terms of pro-active approach, keeping me informed and always being available. I felt like I could trust them and that they were honest with me which I hugely valued. I would highly recommend Ross and team as a stand out agency.

Great Service
From start to finish Ross was there at every step of the way - Even when I was bombarding him with questions! We are happily settled in our new home, and the whole process was fairly straight forward!

Simply the best
We had the pleasure of dealing with Tom George of Move Revolution to initially show us around a number of properties in Haywards Heath, the third of which was the house that we eventually settled on as being the house for us! Tom was by far the most honest and open estate agent we've experienced and was at no point pushy. Being first time buyers, we weren't sure how the buying/viewing processes worked, but we felt so comfortable dealing with him, We 100% recommend using Matt and all the team at Move Revolution to buy or sell!

Outstanding Service!
My partner and I viewed a property that Move Revolution were selling. We dealt with Tom and Mathew who were both extremely informative, professional and friendly. One of the unique things about Move Revolution is that they are open 7 days week meaning that couples like myself and my partner were able to arrange viewings on a Saturday and Sunday. Both Mathew and Tom were always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions or queries we had,. in fact they both made such an effort to keep in contact and touch base with us every few days which was greatly appreciated and in our personal experience, fairly uncommon from estate agents. We would highly recommend purchasing through Move Revolution as you will feel reassured from the start of the process that you are in the right hands. I can only imagine that all of their clients feel the same way. An extremely professional team creating an outstanding reputation in the property market! Thanks again guys and look forward to dealing with you again in the future!

Outstanding proactive and friendly service
Ross at Move Revolution did a fantastic job of selling our property. He was proactive and kept us fully informed throughout. We are also big fans of their marketing approach which had a personal touch. The team is small which is great as you get to know everyone really well and they are always on hand to help. Finally, the after sale process was really smooth and we were kept up to date at all times. Would thoroughly recommend and would never use anyone else!
