Great service

I've been dealing with Mathew Gurr to purchase my first home. Mathew has been great throughout the whole process. He's been easy to contact, answered all my questions and regularly gone above and beyond what I expected from an estate agent. Mathew stayed close to me throughout and regularly kept me updated. He was also brilliant, mediating between myself and the seller to help iron out any issues. I honestly feel it would have been a much longer process to get me to exchange without him. Additionally, Mathew was readily available and flexible for viewings which made life much easier for me. Working within the home buying industry, I had high standards and expectations and Mathew exceeded these. In view of this, I would definitely consider using his services in the future and would happily recommend him to friends and family.

I chose to sell with moverevolution after another agent failed to sell my home in Lindfield, the reason I spoke to moverevolution was because they had sold the same style of property a few doors down and they were confident they could do the same for me despite it being for sale for a long time with the other agent. Very quickly Ross sold my property but unfortunately due to no fault of his or the company I have now decided to stay put. I have complete faith in ross at moverevolution and when I do decide to move I will be going straight to him.

Efficient
