I left a comment a year ago that appears not to be here now and left a one star. Jacky and her team harassed me and my daughter to the core. We went to court on a section 21 and we won, then to be told by Jacky basically your rents now up by £320 per month we struggled but paid it in the end to be able to move on. Jacky is not sweetness and light if all goes wrong for you, we were there for 11 years and not missed a payment before hand. Then went and took £55 off us for cleaning but the cleaners went in a few days after we left. I was confused. Listen its all ok as long as Jacky wants it to be.

2025 reply...Donna you have typed over the review you left in 2024 with more details. Yes we did put the rent up to near market value in the last few months as your landlord was so fair that it hadn't increased in years. I am bemused as to why a year on you are altering what you wrote in 2024 in a detrimental way when you have been given a BCP over 50s home with out helpJacky Owner 2024 reply......Donna, I do not feel this is fair or appropriate. Maybe you meant to leave 5 stars? 1 star is bad & 5 is good. It was a shame your landlord required his property back for family & we served a section 21 during 2023. I referred you to BCP housing who helped you gain a council flat in 2024 & I referenced you as a quality tenant. Simply Let Team couldn't have done any more to help & support you in the 10 years when we let you a quality home. Jacky Owner
