TLC are different to any other estate agent I have experience of because 1. the time and effort they put in - they host viewings 7 days a week, evenings and weekends! 2. Their flexibility. Thoroughly recommend them.

We used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. He definitely knows his stuff and you really couldn't wish for a nicer estate agent!

Tom was always available for an update. Always kept lines of communication open and was very prompt with any information that we requested. It was a difficult process (solicitors!) but made so much easier due to Tom's diligence. Recommended!
