Andy, the manager at James Neave, is amazing and so different to most agents who promise the earth but don’t deliver. Andy is realistic and honest, calm and unflappable, professional and kind, and always quick to reply. Andy’s local knowledge is invaluable and he is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend James Neave to anyone selling or renting.

Tom was a great help renewing my rental contract, very nice Gentleman highly recommend him.

Tom was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was full of advice and made a very stressful experience much more easy to deal with. He has the patience of a saint as I'm sure I was the worse customer he has ever had. He helped and gave practical advised throughout as I had no idea what to do when buying a house and we were in a very difficult chain.I really don't know how I would have got on without him.

We bought a property in Harrogate for whom Tom, TLC, was the estate agent, a probate sale. Tom was very helpful in supplying all the information we needed when viewing and kept us up to date throughout the buying process. On completion day, Tom meet us at the property and was excellent in ensuring things went well, which was very much appreciated.
