Tom was always available for an update. Always kept lines of communication open and was very prompt with any information that we requested. It was a difficult process (solicitors!) but made so much easier due to Tom's diligence. Recommended!

Of the three valuations I had on my property Tom Lawrence gave the highest. He was confident in the value and the fact that he could find a buyer. Within days I had an offer! I find Tom to be both professional and a really genuine person with a very nice approach to customer care. I can’t recommend Tom and his team highly enough.

Honest and hardworking Estate Agent that does what they say they will do. What more could you ask for?

Very mixed bag with Tom. He was very pleasant and helpful when he was signing me up for a tenancy, which I paid in full, but the after care was quite poor. Pre-agreed terms were not met until I pushed for them to be met, and coming towards the end of the tenancy, he seems to be attempting to label enforcement of legally binding terms as "aggressive and childish" and called me a "knob". Definitely a buyer beware situation.

I had a disappointing experience with James Neave in Walton. Communication throughout the process was really poor and I often found myself having to chase them for updates rather than being kept informed. There were also times when I felt a phone call would have been the right thing to do, but no one reached out. Overall it felt quite frustrating and not the level of service I was expecting. Better communication and a more proactive approach would make a big difference.

Did not acknowledge or respond to my enquiry re. Purchasing a property they have advertised on Zoopla. It is still advertised. Have messaged them 3 time's.. But no response. Looked at their website.. But it is not good or at all clear. I cannot phone them as I am atm deaf.
