I would highly recommend TLC to anyone! I have previously used other estate agents when looking for somewhere to rent but the friendliness and responsiveness I experienced with TLC is by far the best. Finlay was excellent and I would strongly advise giving them a call if you’re thinking about moving!

Very mixed bag with Tom. He was very pleasant and helpful when he was signing me up for a tenancy, which I paid in full, but the after care was quite poor. Pre-agreed terms were not met until I pushed for them to be met, and coming towards the end of the tenancy, he seems to be attempting to label enforcement of legally binding terms as "aggressive and childish" and called me a "knob". Definitely a buyer beware situation.

Absolutely disgusting service. Causes endless stress, suffering and bullying. After stealing Ewewmoves clients, Tom Lawrence decided to set up this two bit company on his own and is an unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable liar. He is incapable of doing his job, is rude, sexist,, flustered and contacts you in unsocial hours. Avoid like the plague.
