Just outstanding. We were buying our first house and Syd told us about a house that sounded perfect for us, which he'd met the sellers about just that morning. We were viewing it within an hour and put an offer in before it was even on the market. Throughout the process, Myrings were so approachable and transparent with everything that was happening. Josh Osborne, though new, was excellent. He kept us up to date with relevevant developments and was robust in his attempts to chase our, and sellers lawyers. Myrings has been, by far and away, the best letting agent we have experienced as renters. From the moment we contacted them regarding a tentative move to Harrogate, to the moment we signed our lease, they have been helpful and understanding. Moving from the Isle of Man, the opportunity to view properties in person was restricted. This hindered our chances with properties via other letting agents, however Myrings ensured we were able to view as many in person as possible, then offered video viewings thereafter. This helped us to find our new property and secured our move to Harrogate! After making an offer, the process was simple and stress-free.
