This is a massive shout out for Myrings Estate Agent photographer, Allen Zeng, who visited my property at 22 Mayfield Grove, Harrogate, on Thursday 26th June 2025. Allen was punctual, courteous, efficient and extraordinarily skilled in capturing the essence of my home. These days it is not just a question of taking still shots, it is an infinitely more complex task to take video footage to link together to create the virtual tour. He would gently instruct the arrangement/removal of items to enhance the imagery and show my property's features to best effect resulting in an outstanding collection of photos and a first class virtual tour. My house was listed for sale on 1st July 2025 and I have no doubt that Allen's expertise and technical wizardry will be a major factor in the number of viewings. All down the line, Joe kept us informed of developments regularly speaking to the other parties solicitors and the estate agents to get the proper information to relay back to us. The thing that makes Joe stand out is the communication even if he hadn’t actually heard anything he would still let us know that things were ongoing but there was no update, most people these days you don’t hear anything from them and you have to be constantly chasing them, not with Joe and Myrings. Even on Joe’s day off if we called the other people in the office knew what was going on and overall very impressed with the whole set up. We have used them a few times now and would only use Myrings in the future.

All the staff in the business were always extremely helpful but in particular Ella who dealt with our sale. I think it would be far to say it was a challenging chain that we ended up in and Ella spent time liasing with all parties and constantly keeping us updated. She was always positive and finding solutions to ensure all parties where kept updated and happy. As our main contact in the business she made us aware of any days/times that she would not be available which offered some security when we were waiting for responses. I would highly recommend Myrings to anyone thinking of engaging with a company to sell their property.

Joely was absolutely brilliant’ from the initial email she remained informative and professional at all times’ she really helped understand all the information’ she was very attentive in email responses and made us feel really valued.
