Josh Osborne, though new, was excellent. He kept us up to date with relevevant developments and was robust in his attempts to chase our, and sellers lawyers. Josh is clearly excellent at what he does. Great people skills, full of positive energy, would love for the opportunity to work with him again when eventually buying our next home.

From the moment we contacted them regarding a tentative move to Harrogate, to the moment we signed our lease, they have been helpful and understanding. Moving from the Isle of Man, the opportunity to view properties in person was restricted.
