Just outstanding. We were buying our first house and Syd told us about a house that sounded perfect for us, which he'd met the sellers about just that morning. We were viewing it within an hour and put an offer in before it was even on the market. Throughout the process, Myrings were so approachable and transparent with everything that was happening. Our solicitors weren't the best and kept us in the dark for so long, so we ended up using Joe for all our updates - and he made the process so much easier for us. He couldn't help us enough with any question we had - stupid or complicated. We were even given a bottle of fizz when we went to collect our keys.
