Harrogate tenant review

We began renting with Ewemove recently (with Mark as our representative), and so far we have had a very good experience. I appreciate Mark's attitude: he really appears to enjoy his job and be proud of what he's achieved. And that has translated into service quality for us. He's acted promptly when problems have come up. I think that as an agent he cares as much about his relationship with his tenants as with his landlords. Related to this, we have liked the contractors Ewemove uses: namely Sid, and also Sam from McGlashan Heating & Plumbing: quality and nice to deal with. We feel in good hands with them. Last but not least, I found it refreshing that Mark told us, as I understood it, that he valued quality over quantity for his business: that he didn't envisage growing beyond a certain size because if they did, they wouldn't be able to offer the same level of service. Unusual to hear from any business nowadays.
