We turned to Mark and Chris at EweMoove Harrogate after a disappointing episode with a "Jack the Lad" estate agent (who will remain nameless). Now to review the Proper Estate Agent. Mark met us at the property in Harrogate, where we had a nice informal chat about the property and what we should expect and then gave us a valuation base on his look around and comparisons of similar properties in the area. Then we sat down and he answered all the questions we threw at him with ease and an assuring confidence that put us at ease as well. We tasked Mark and Chris with the sale and they produced a sales brochure for the property. Everything went well and we had a number of viewings over the next week and then an offer that we accepted, then the wheels fell off as the chain broke and buyers withdrew. Chris kept us up to date at all times and helped us over the many hurdles that came, along the way and right up to the last day of the sale. We had more help from Chris and Mark through what turned out to be a somewhat protracted sale for various reasons and not once did they flinch. They chased up clients and solicitors alike and went over and above their remit.
