Flexible and personal approach
Compared to other agencies, EweMove stood out to us due to its flexible and personal approach. We appreciated the option to view properties and move in on a Saturday, as well as the longer viewing process, which allowed us to look at the property in more detail and ask questions.
We have dealt with Mark, who is very professional, knowledgeable and always eager to respond to all our questions. When we moved into our new accommodation, there were some problems on the first day but Mark went the extra mile to resolve them on the same day even though it was a Saturday. EweMove does not simply act as an agency that wants to complete the rent and then disappear, but rather as one that is always at hand to help!
About EweMove Harrogate & Knaresborough
I’m Mark, the owner of EweMove Harrogate, Knaresborough & Wetherby. After many years of buying, selling, and renting properties across the country, it was clear to me that there was a far better way to engage with customers and manage the process of selling and renting.
Back in 2014, I saw how EweMove had changed the landscape, so becoming the local face of the brand, synonymous with excellent Customer service, was an easy decision and I am delighted to say the passion continues to this day.
I am so proud that the majority of our business is through Customer referrals. There is no better accolade in my opinion. It doesn't need me to tell you why here, I can connect you with many Customers who will tell you themselves.
