I thoroughly recommend Chris and Mark if you are looking to sell your house. They both bring lots of experience which helps with marketing your property and also smoothing the sale process. Communication was easy and unlike bigger companies you were always speaking directly to someone who knew your property and sale well. With their help I had accepted an offer for the asking price within a week of advertising the property.
