The house we looked at was a little bit too small for our family, which was a real shame because the house itself was really nice and the viewing experience we had with Mark was excellent - pleasant to chat to, easy going and not pushy in the slightest, even after we'd said we wouldn't be taking things forward. Mark took the time to get to know us a little bit and shared some bits of his own background which created a much nicer vibe than we sadly come to expect from letting agents a lot of the time.
