So impressed by the quality of service provided I immediatley requested that Mark adn Ewemove act as my managing agent when subsequently letting the property out. I have had a life long disliking for estate agents which has been reversed through my interactions with Mark. Immediatley responsive any time of day and weekends, polite, thorough, detail oriented, always willing to go the extra mile - in summary "adds value" unlike most agents who are just after a quick buck for the least work. The quality received from Mark and Ewemove is more akin to a realtor in the U.S in terms of service excellence (but for a fraction of the price). The estate agent we dealt with was Mark Davis and he was great! A nice person who is clearly very knowledgeable about the property and market in general. He was easy to talk to and made the housebuying process entirely unintimidating. We dealt with Mark thoughout the process and he provided great service thoughout, a vast improvement on estate agents who feel they are doing you a favour buy letting you buy from them. Finally and most importantly mark was trustworthy and honest, what you would hope for in an Estate Agent.

We had been let down on a rental property and our house had sold so we needed to find somewhere that would take pets quickly but that was of a good standard to live in. Mark at Ewe Move was excellent from the very beginning and although the initial reaction from the landlord was a huge no to pets, Mark arranged an introduction and we were accepted as tenants. The tenancy process and paperwork is very detailed which for us is a positive, protecting both us and the landlord. We are now moved in and very happy! The process from here on in if we have any issues is simple and straightforward as Ewe Move have a 24/7 contact policy so we feel secure and looked after and our Greyhound is very much making himself at home! The house we looked at was a little bit too small for our family, which was a real shame because the house itself was really nice and the viewing experience we had with Mark was excellent - pleasant to chat to, easy going and not pushy in the slightest, even after we'd said we wouldn't be taking things forward. Mark took the time to get to know us a little bit and shared some bits of his own background which created a much nicer vibe than we sadly come to expect from letting agents a lot of the time.
