Ashtons in Harpenden are a fantastic agency who helped us to buy our dream home. From the moment we first viewed the property with a very friendly, personal and professional agent we knew it was the one! As we still needed to put our own flat in London on the market Ashtons helped to keep us proactively informed throughout as to other possible interest in the property. We were fortunate to receive an offer ourselves whilst abroad and Greg was amazing throughout, making himself always available to discuss and advise to the point where we had an offer accepted! Through no fault of Ashtons we unfortunately lost our first buyer due to a change in circumstances which put us into a stressful situation. Fortunately we managed to secure a new buyer within a few days and Rebecca subsequently helped to contact all of our chain and reassure me same day that all was fine, a huge relief! Finally we had a few teething issues in the run up to exchange - throughout this period the Ashtons team and again Rebecca helped to communicate and resolve things through to a successful exchange - to say we were over the moon would be an understatement!
