Ashtons Estate Agency - Harpenden

Great estate agency throughout Hertfordshire

We asked for a home valuation and were very impressed with Lenne's professional and friendly advice. The information pack and extras were a lovely surprise and very useful. We would not hesitate to recommend EweMove and Lenne to our family and friends.

Excellent service throughout a very difficult time. Lenné is extremely knowledgeable, caring and supportive. I would happily recommend her to anyone. Penny

The Lettings team have been fantastic, they are professional, friendly and went above and beyond. Excellent teamwork by Kirsty, Nicola, Freya and Niamh

We recently began rental of a property managed by Ashtons Harpenden and overall they have been great, especially Freya. Everyone we have spoken to has responded to emails professionally and quickly. We had an issue with our dishwasher when we moved in and this was fixed in a few days. The contrast between our old letting agents (LifeResidential Greenwich) and Ashtons is night and day - highly recommended. Edit: Updating my review to include mention of Nicola, who has been fantastic is resolving some move-in maintanence issues.

Lennè was very professional and honest throughout the whole viewing. She knew the property very well, and was able to answer all our questions, as well as give advice. Definitely would recommend Ewe Move to anyone looking for a property, or thinking of selling.

I honestly cannot fault the team at Ashtons and am very grateful to them for their professionalism and perseverance. Through not fault of theirs, I had a very protracted sale process owing to having to use the courts to evict the tenant and then buyers with very slow moving solicitors. They actually found me 3 buyers in the end but each time we listed the property they found that buyer very quickly. They kept me informed throughout the process, provided timely advice and guidance where needed and always did their very best to get the flat finally sold. I would especially like to call out Willow, Hannah, and Greg but it was a team effort as well. Thanks again Ashtons

Greg and the team have been really helpful during the house sale of my deceased parents house and all the emotions that this bought up during the sale. No question was too much and they helped moved the sale along to a successful conclusion, I can't recommend them more and will be using them again in the future

Lenné provides an exceptionally professional estate agency service from start to finish. Communication is clear, timely, and proactive throughout, and her knowledge of the market is evident at every stage. I would not hesitate to recommend Lenné to anyone seeking a reliable and capable estate agent.
