We did not have the best of starts with our original agent at Ashtons but as soon as Katy picked up our transaction, everything moved forward. She was always chasing for us and kept us in the loop at every stage. She even helped us on her day off. Massive thank you to Katy.

Excellent service and knowledge throughout the process. Joe and his team provided continuous good advice helping us understand where the market was to sell our house and where to bid in our onward purchase. I recently sold my house with Ashtons Harpenden and the process couldn’t have been easier. Jonny was excellent, he really knew who the buyers for my house would be and got lots of viewings very quickly. I ended up with three offers to choose from and Jonny guided me to choose a really good person to sell to… Rebecca was also great during the post sale process and helped maintain a really friendly relationship with the buyer all the way through to completion.
