Selling our home of 18 years with Ashtons was an excellent experience. They showed real understanding of the Harpenden market and accurately valued our property, whereas other agents we invited to view it undervalued it. Communication was clear and consistent, and their handling of both potential buyers and us was respectful and balanced. In a volatile market, their expertise made the process smooth and as swift as possible. I highly recommend Ashtons to any seller considering their options.

Everyone I spoke to at Ashtons was very helpful. Even when a designated staff member was away, they updated other staff so there was always someone on hand who knew what was happening with the sale. I would happily use Ashtons again.

Lenne from EweMove was absolutely excellent when she visited me for a market appraisal of my property. Her market knowledge and professionalism are top class. I wouldn’t hesitate to enlist her company when I next put my property on the market.
