Was with another 'online' estate agent and luckily had a visit from one of King's agents, so decided to give them a try alongside the original agent, and it was definitely the right decision. I had more viewings, with people who actually wanted to buy a property, and have now sold within 10 weeks. I found them always professional and helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Sometimes there were slight communication issues but that was more to do with a change in staff members than anything else. and once that was addressed all has been fine.
