Wow, i cannot express how amazing daniel wells and his team looked after a recent sale of my property in Church Langley, Harlow, Essex. I have a large property portfolio which ive held for 30 yrs. Ive decided to sell them all off for retirement. Ive been dealing with estate agents all around the country but NONE have come close to the professionalism, the hard work, the ease of communication at any time of the day or night through whatsapp, the extra mile they will go has exceeded my expectations. I live overseas so to have an agent to do what it takes was amazing. Daniel catered for EVERY demand the buyer asked for to make the whole selling process seamless. Daniel emptied the loft for me, vacuumed carpets for me prior to inspections and even removed and dumped my cooker for me as new buyers didn't want it. And he done this personally at no cost. Once we decided we wanted to put in an offer, Ross replied straight away and got the process moving very quickly. He has been more helpful than we ever imagined and as first time buyers we need all the help we can get! Richard and Frankie were absolutely brilliant. We had a difficult set of circumstances and needed to sell our house asap. Richard came over on a Sunday and put our house on Rightmove the same day. They promised us they could sell our house within 2 weeks. They managed it in 10 days! They were always approachable and contactable and always returned our calls.
