Me and my partner viewed a property on the weekend and we had a really pleasant experience. Our estate agent, Ross, presented us with an information booklet on the property which we found extremely helpful. Once we decided we wanted to put in an offer, Ross replied straight away and got the process moving very quickly. He has been more helpful than we ever imagined and as first time buyers we need all the help we can get!
