I first dealt with RICHARD,( the manager ), who was warm , caring and took a genuine interest to give me the best service and more importantly the best price for my property . This guy knows his job , inside and out . Not once did I feel like ' just another customer' and he took on board all of my needs , requirements and my personal situation , without being intrusive . Buying and selling a house is so stressful so do not under estimate how important using an experienced estate agent is. I have no doubt that without Richard and his team, I would not have passed the finish line and my house chain would have collapsed. Richard went above and beyond to ensure everything that could be done, was done to get my house exchanged and save the chain from an absolute disaster due to unprofessionalism and lack of experience from other local estate agents. Team was always at hand to answer questions, kept communication channels firmly open, and kept me informed of progress.
