We have had a fantastic experience with kings, throughout the process of buying our property. WELL WHAT CAN I SAY !! What an amazing, genuine and totally professional team . I first dealt with RICHARD,( the manager ), who was warm , caring and took a genuine interest to give me the best service and more importantly the best price for my property . This guy knows his job , inside and out . Not once did I feel like ' just another customer' and he took on board all of my needs , requirements and my personal situation , without being intrusive . Richard never made me feel like a burden and ALWAYS took phone calls, replied to emails or got straight back to me . Richard was always totally respectful and would give me the best advice and help me with anything I wasn't sure about. I had confidence with him from day 1 and it never changed throughout the sales process. My praise would never be good enough , no matter what I said. FANTASTIC to deal with and an absolute credit to Kings . Richard THANK YOU SO SO MUCH .. Then we have the most delightful, caring , professional FRANKIE! Again she was an absolute SUPERSTAR! Always has a smile , always cares and does the best for the customer that she possible can. Every question that I asked or any concerns ,she made me feel at ease and would also get back to me ASAP. When it came to my viewings , Frankie was on the ball and as expected , totally professional and respectful at all times . Frankie informed me of anything I needed to know straight away and I never had to ask twice . Another total credit to King's THANK YOU Frankie.. And last but not least we have BRANDON! What an lovely young man ! Professional and always does what he can to help . He always fitted around me when it came to viewings and was never late . Buying and selling a house is so stressful so do not under estimate how important using an experienced estate agent is. I have no doubt that without Richard and his team, I would not have passed the finish line and my house chain would have collapsed. Richard went above and beyond to ensure everything that could be done, was done to get my house exchanged and save the chain from an absolute disaster due to unprofessionalism and lack of experience from other local estate agents. Team was always at hand to answer questions, kept communication channels firmly open, and kept me informed of progress. Was with another 'online' estate agent and luckily had a visit from one of King's agents, so decided to give them a try alongside the original agent, and it was definitely the right decision. I had more viewings, with people who actually wanted to buy a property, and have now sold within 10 weeks. I found them always professional and helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Sometimes there were slight communication issues but that was more to do with a change in staff members than anything else. and once that was addressed all has been fine.
