Outstanding service from everyone in the team and a genuine sense of attention to detail. In particular, Reece Malcolm was exceptional, in a world suffocated by AI and keypad call routing, it was like a breath of fresh air to speak with a real person who understood the customers needs, owned the transaction from start to finish and delivered positively and promptly to every question I raised. Reece was like a Ray of sunshine in the otherwise grey, gloomy and ever decreasing standards of customer service. 11/10
