Asked for too much details that they don't need do won't be using them again

They can't give an appraisal in a suitable time (2weeks after enquiry) and then they don't stop hounding you. I have lost count of the amount of phone calls and messages I have had off them. They are still trying to arrange a valuation on my house despite it now having been on the market for 3 weeks. I have spoken to at least two people to tell them this and yet I am still receiving messages.

Been promised we would get our windows replaced before my baby was born as they are currently let in cold air and are nailed shut , none of this has been done and my daughter has been born and I 3 month old , we've been waiting patiently for ages , fobbed of with it. Also our back door doesn't open or close as the lock has snapped, yet again we have been promised it to be fixed , this has been 6-9 week broken , I'm self employed and can not get my tools out of my own house. Advise using another company

Grossly over estimating prices. 160k for a 2 bed terrace in triangle when bigger ones sell for 95k!!! Oh and the seller is another local estate agent...funny that

Booked a house valuation. Half an hour before the valuation, I get a call that the valuator is running late by half an hour. I agreed to wait. Half an hour later she's nowhere to be seen, just rings me to say she got stuck with the previous client who needed extra support and would be with me in a few minutes. Thanks for telling me I'm less important than the previous client or that you can't plan your time. I say I can wait at most 15 minutes, she says she'll be there before that, valuation should last 15 minutes tops. So I should be content with whatever you can squeeze out of your busy schedule for me. Fifteen minutes later, as I walk out through the door, she's there. By which point I can no longer stay, I've wasted an hour waiting and what was supposed to be a free valuation ended up costing me as if I don't work I don't get paid.

Firstly, I would like to apologise again for yesterday. I know you were booked in last week but then had to re-arrange on the day as you were called into work so we were booked back out yesterday. I completely appreciate your anger that I was running late despite our calls to you. I was in no way saying you were less important than other clients but some clients may have additional questions. I did misinterpret what you said on the phone about how long you could wait for. Ideally, a valuation should take around an hour. It is very rare that I am running late and so I do apologise that this was the case yesterday. Regards, Steph

Terrible service. Initially rung on Thursday to view a property ASAP only to be told how busy they were and that it would have to be Tuesday. I then received a phone call on Monday to say the property had been sold. I was then told that it was my fault I missed out as I should have viewed when others were viewing over the weekend. Why was I not told about these viewings? Why was I not able to tag along? On top of all this, my mum called as I was at work and the manager, Steph, basically insinuated I was a liar and that it was my own fault I missed out. Very disappointed and majorly put off from using this company ever again. Don’t bother ringing, I don’t want to hear from you.

Dear Emma, I am sorry that you have been unhappy with the service. On speaking to your mum, I understand that there were certain days and times you could do also because of your shifts. I would certainly never wish you to think that I have insinuated that you were a liar or that it was your own fault that you missed out as this is not the case. However, unfortunately there were other people who were unable to view also when an acceptable offer was received by the owner and they were happy to proceed with this. They also received several other offers and therefore there was a high level of interest in the property. I do appreciate your frustration as things are moving quickly in the current market.
