I've been really happy with the service I've received from Ryder and Dutton as a landlord over the last few years, particularly from Ruth Dickson and Naomi Pryce. Quick to respond to any requests or problems, and sensible advice when needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting help renting out a property.

House was for sale with them and another agent. They were far more friendly and helpful than other agent. Although viewed it with both agents, made offer through Ryder Dutton as seemed more willing to help and advise.

Recently moved into my first rented appartment through ryder and dutton lettings team, I found the whole team friendly, welcoming and very helpful with questions or inquiries. Noaomi and stacey were brilliant at keeping in touch and the move was completed in good time and with ease. Great work definiteley use yourself again, and recommend to others. Thanks

Having just been a tenant, my four years in the property has been a very positive experience. Problems,of which there were very few were sorted quickly and efficiently. Ruth, Stacey and Niomi were really friendly and professional at all times, while at the same time really approachable.

Avoid 244 Hanson lane and Ryder and Dutton. Trying to add false claims onto the property to try get more money from me. I’ve got picture evidence of the damage that was already there and evidence of Iqra back tracking on what she has stated. Unfortunately she has now said I’ve given the wrong keys which is totally false. I’m trying to sort the issues but staff and Iqra are making it difficult. Unfortunately Mathew and Stacey are no longer working there who were absolutely amazing with me before hand. Such a shame these people ruin the business reputation and future custom. I’m now having to go through legal advice due to her false claims and not being fair. I’ve taken some responsibility and trying to sort that out but I will not be lied too and told I’ve damaged or changed keys when i 100% gave the correct keys back when she asked over email and even returned with an extra key the following day as specified. I want this sorting to move on but I will not take responsibility for the extra things you’re trying to add.

244 Hanson Lane-AVIOD,244 Hanson Lane avoid please-BAD

Ikrah from Ryder and Dutton has been unhelpful with the promises that were made before I moved into the property. She has taken over my case from Stacey who did handled my tenancy with care and respect. Unfortunately, there has been issues after issues with he property at 244 Hanson Lane (do not move in) and they do not care to fix them. Myself and my one year old have had to endure freezing temperatures, leaking windows and roofs (which leaked all over my 3 month old), no hot water, no heating, damp, and a boiler that didn't work and actually had a do not use sticker put on it. AND STILL they did not fix it as they only wanted to provided the cheapest option not the most effective. I decided to leave on the 16th December and my tenancy finished on the 21st December. Ikrah demanded they keys back before the tenancy end date, wanted me to pay an extra months rent even though i was out and my tenancy ended in the December not 21st Jan 25. lots more that i cant fit on. AVOID
