Terrible service.
Initially rung on Thursday to view a property ASAP only to be told how busy they were and that it would have to be Tuesday. I then received a phone call on Monday to say the property had been sold. I was then told that it was my fault I missed out as I should have viewed when others were viewing over the weekend. Why was I not told about these viewings? Why was I not able to tag along?
On top of all this, my mum called as I was at work and the manager, Steph, basically insinuated I was a liar and that it was my own fault I missed out.
Very disappointed and majorly put off from using this company ever again.

I am sorry that you have been unhappy with the service. On speaking to your mum, I understand that there were certain days and times you could do also because of your shifts. I would certainly never wish you to think that I have insinuated that you were a liar or that it was your own fault that you missed out as this is not the case. However, unfortunately there were other people who were unable to view also when an acceptable offer was received by the owner and they were happy to proceed with this. They also received several other offers and therefore there was a high level of interest in the property. I do appreciate your frustration as things are moving quickly in the current market. I did say to your mum that we will of course call you should anything happen to the sale.
