Ewe move were the estate agents for our vendors, not for our house sale. However, we found Paul Bottomley to be far better than the state agent we were paying for. The service we received was nothing less than impeccable. When looking at different agents to value the house, we ended up choosing EweMove because of Paul's genuine, honest conversations with us about what we could expect to sell for. We felt comfortable and confident that Paul was going to do exactly as promised to get the best for us, and he did. Paul's service was personal and he dealt with everything from start to finish himself. He produced a fabulous video tour of the house and some professional photography which showed our house in the best light possible (when compared to other agents pictures we've seen when scanning Rightmove, these pictures were amazing). He used an open house type approach which made the process of finding a buyer quick and easy and got us multiple offers all in one day. He pushed to get the best price possible for us but also guided us to be realistic in choosing the right buyer. From the valuation to accepting an offer, it was a speedy process and we got a price we were super happy with. Even throughout our journey to purchase our next house, Paul was supportive and went beyond his duty by giving us honest advice in relation to the house we wanted to buy too. Another thing that made it such an easy process was that he was available on the phone to speak to directly when needed, which feels like a bonus when it's so difficult to get anyone on the phone these days. Paul and Damelza are really knowledgeable about the property business and the local area and have years of experience. The photos, video and write-up were high quality and they took the time to know our property. They didn't disappoint, selling our house quickly, above asking and to a solid buyer. Paul was always at the end of the phone when we needed him, he didn't disappear once the sale was agreed. He was straight talking and to the point and we appreciated the advice both he and Damelza had to give. If you want experts who are passionate about selling houses, these are your people. Do what they tell you. If you want mediocre employees or profiteers, go somewhere else.
