We were shown around a property last week by Paul Bottomley and were extremely impressed. The property wasn't quite what we were looking for but we found Paul to be professional, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. Although we didn't make an offer on this property he agreed to keep us informed of other houses that may be more suitable. He knew we were visiting with other Estate Agents and wished us luck with our search and informed us that even if he we bought from someone else he was willing to visit and offer advice, he also explained how he could help us to find tenants and manage the property for us if required. Having had our property on the market for some months with a high street agent we were beginning to loose faith in the sales process.
