​Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ​I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ​To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ​I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Found a house we loved, put an offer in, had a slight mortgage issue which was sorted within 5 days. Communicated all of this in real time with Michaela and instead of having the decency to reply to us, she ghosted us, read all our messages and didn’t reply, didn’t update us on anything and now the house is listed as SOLD. Very unprofessional service. Wouldn’t recommend

Been trying since yesterday to fill an application to view a house. I filled the application out multiple times for someone to speak to me with an aggressive tone saying I haven't filled the application and that 7 people are booked in. I had the same issue with another estate agent but they actually was honest and said they are not taking any more bookings. That was a full afternoon wasted trying to book a viewing. It really that complicated.
