Oulsnam - Hagley Road

I don't normally leave online reviews, but i highly recommend using Oulsnam Hagley Road estate agents. Thank you to all the staff working there for such a professional, efficient and friendly service from beginning to end of our property sale, and in particular to D'arcy who dealt with the sale process.

Great experience with the agent for a recent house viewing. No question was a surprise, clearly prepared and even whipped out a compass to judge how the sun travelled across the house! Staff in the office were friendly, punctual and always returned calls as well

I have recently purchased a house which Oulsnam were selling and I had a really positive experience. I viewed a lot of houses through other agencies and they were by far the best I dealt with as a buyer. I had some shady experiences with other local agencies. They knew nothing about the houses they were selling, applied a lot of pressure towards using their broker, pressuring to increase offers beyond what I was comfortable with, and were often blatently dishonest. Pleased to say that Oulsnam were the complete opposite of that and were nothing but professional and good to deal with throughout. Darcy really helped me to see the potential in the house when I viewed. Then Sarah helped to facilitate the purchase, was always very quick to respond and helped keep it on track. It felt like Sarah had everyone's interests in mind, seller's and buyer's, which was so refreshing. Anyone looking to buy in the area, if you can find yourself a house you love that Oulsnam are selling I guarantee it will be a much more pleasant experience than trying to buy with any of the other agencies in Bearwood.

The team at oulsnam hagley road were great throughout the entire process of selling our home. Thanks to everyone that helped us....special mention to Ben and Caroline. From the initial listing, all the viewings that took place and once …

Darcy did a fantastic viewing she was really friendly and professional and knew a lot about the property Excellent

Would highly recommend. So helpful, professional and kind throughout the whole process and knew that we were in safe hands. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent to have.

Ben and the team were excellent. We purchased a home through Oulsnam and the experience dealing with Ben and the team was smooth. The team were polite, friendly, responsive and kept us updated throughout. Communication was excellent and would recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased my first house in Bearwood. I was assisted throughout the whole process by Sarah who was able to communicate requirements from both sides, as well as providing assurance from start to completion. I could not recommend highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate in using Oulsnam again.

We were very time rushed in the sale of our property before moving home to Australia. Oulsnam Estate Agents we’re brilliant the whole way and understood our situation perfectly. Sarah was especially helpful and keep us well informed.
