I have recently purchased a house which Oulsnam were selling and I had a really positive experience. I viewed a lot of houses through other agencies and they were by far the best I dealt with as a buyer. I had some shady experiences with other local agencies. They knew nothing about the houses they were selling, applied a lot of pressure towards using their broker, pressuring to increase offers beyond what I was comfortable with, and were often blatently dishonest. Pleased to say that Oulsnam were the complete opposite of that and were nothing but professional and good to deal with throughout. Darcy really helped me to see the potential in the house when I viewed. Then Sarah helped to facilitate the purchase, was always very quick to respond and helped keep it on track. It felt like Sarah had everyone's interests in mind, seller's and buyer's, which was so refreshing.
