Oulsnam - Hagley Road

Ben and the team were amazing, always there when I needed them, very helpful and professional. Sarah in particular is lovely, caring and a wonderful person who made the whole process easy and simple for me. A great experience, highly recommended.

Great service from D’arcy and the team at Oulsnams from day 1. Very responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an Estate Agent. Many thanks

I couldn't fault the service I had from Oulsnam with the sale of my house. Sarah and Ben were professional, proactive and kept me well informed throughout.

Oulsnams combine real professionalism and local expertise with personal warmth and reassurance, during what can be a stressful ordeal. D'arcy and Debbie were brilliant!

Oulsnam were absolutely wonderful, professional and personable. The staff were always pleasant and were great with communication. They took beautiful pictures of our home and they talked us through the process of selling your home. Very much recommend them to anyone selling their home - they look after you.

Excellent service provided by D'arcy. The property had been on sale for over a year with Dixons before Oulsnam took over. Not only did Oulsnam find a buyer but the standard of service was on another level. Communication and dedication to finalising a tricky sale was excellent.

Great service, particularly communication from Darcy, who supported us through the process of buying. Much appreciated.

Ben has been absolutely brilliant through out our purchase. His communication was excellent from day 1. He was very helpful specially when the property was devalued by the surveyor and we had to re-negotiate the price. Ben is a very professional estate agent manager, providing all the supports and assistance making the property purchase smooth and successful. Highly appreciated. From- Rajo, Suman & Kamala.

I had a great experience with Oulsnams, Hagley Road. I approached them regarding the sale of a property in Bearwood. They were quick to respond, my first contact being with Ben who was immediately approachable with detailed knowledge of the area. As the sale proceeded D’arcy was endlessly patient dealing with the protracted negotiation, a real pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them again – a great team.

We had a fantastic experience using Oulsnams (Hagley Road) who dealt with our recent house sale. The whole team (D'arcy, Ben and Sarah) are lovely and were on hand throughout to answer any questions or allay any concerns. The whole team were efficient, thorough, friendly, and, importantly, tenacious throughout - this kept a potentially stressful experience as straightforward and problem free as possible. Big shout out to D’arcy who was amazing from start to finish, and really managed to keep everyone, including our conveyancers, on their toes - her communication was faultless throughout. We will be using the team on all future house sales and would highly recommend them. Thank you All!
