Oulsnam - Hagley Road

We can’t praise D’arcy highly enough for the service she has provided throughout the purchase of our new home. From start to finish, she has been absolutely fantastic! Extremely professional & thorough in everything she has done. Her attention to detail has been second to none and she always made sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. We all know buying a house can be a stressful process, but D’arcy has made the experience so much smoother with her excellent communication and willingness to go the extra mile. She is a credit to Oulsnam and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property.

Sarah was so helpful, polite, professional I must say it was a very pleasant experience Thank you so much

We sold our house with Oulsnams Hagley Road and they were great from start to finish. D’arcy was always available on the phone or email to answer queries and made the whole process really easy for us. Thank you!

Special mention to Max for being very knowledgeable and responsive on more than one property. He is an asset to the team and you can have confident when buying through him.

I’ve used the agents for our first and second house and now potential third. They’re respectful with timeframes, understanding we are remote workers and provide enough notice and understanding to re arrange if needed- setting a good expectation. Would recommend!

D’arcy Harrison, has been amazing & made the home buying journey so smooth. She’s been helpful at every single point, giving us updates along the way and keeping us informed. A breath of fresh air in the estate agency industry!

The team at Oulsnam have been great throughout the buying process. Kat initially took us on some viewings which resulted in us making an offer. She was friendly, welcoming, and informative. Debbie was also very helpful during negotiations and later down the line to help get the purchase to completion.
