Oulsnam sold our property quickly and stayed with the process for nearly 10 months due to numerous issues found with the original lease. Sarah was outstanding throughout chasing and keeping all parties involved and up to date. Without her persistence I would have probably given up on the sale months ago. As a first time buyer I am grateful to the team at Oulsnam Hagley Rd for being great people to deal with and making this process as painless as possible. My first encounter was in person with Sarah Nourse and I found her to be welcoming, incredibly professional and efficient and this turned out to be an accurate first impression. She is a woman of her word, was really great to deal with and made the process of arranging viewings, and subsequently agreeing on a purchase as stress-free as it could have been under the circumstances. She was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process and I'm very grateful to her. I also want to shout out the viewing agent Claire who was always friendly, helpful and accommodating despite often being under pressure on a very tight schedule of viewings. Overall I don't imagine I could have had a better experience of buying my first house than I had with the team at Oulsnam and all my dealings with them were in massive contrast to my experiences with some of their local competitors (the less said about them, the better!)

Good initial interaction with Ben, which was then followed through with regular and swift updates throughout the entire process from Sarah, who did a fantastic job of keeping us in the loop. Also had regular viewing updates from Debbie whilst selling our property. Very good team to deal with and although we didn't sell as quickly as we would of liked I am certain this would have been the case with whoever we chose. Would not hesitate to recommend!
